Schedule
We are currently training three days per week. The times of our classes are as follows:
Mondays - 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Wednesdays - 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Saturdays - 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM
The first 15 minutes is used to get dressed and prepare our space for training. We train until the end of the class time and then we need some time to put our mats away and ready the room for its next use.
